I can’t beleive this happened twice. I ordered this unit in Feb and was sent a package that had been opened before and when I attempted to turn the unit on was given the opportunity to see where the previous user from Upper New York State had used the unit before. THEY ACTUALLY SHIPPED ME A USED UNIT. When I tried to reorder a new unit I was told they were out of stock. In June I reordered and to my utter amazement I got a second used unit. This time used by someone in Brooklyn NY. If Amazon can’t guarantee that it’s venders are sending out new product they should drop them. What a Joke.
